Ferrite partners
Give the stubborn client workflow somewhere to go.
You already know where your clients are stuck. There is a workflow that no product on the market quite fits, and building something custom for it has always looked too slow and too expensive to be worth proposing. We work with advisors, consultancies, integrators, and technology providers to change that answer. You bring us the client and the workflow, you decide how involved you want to be in the delivery, and together we turn it into an application the client owns and runs through a governed production path.
The economics are laid out plainly from the start, the platform we deliver on is built to stand up to the same security and compliance review any enterprise system faces, and the client keeps control of what runs in production.
You bring the client relationship and the operating context that only comes from knowing their business from the inside. We bring the delivery system that makes the work fast enough to be worth doing, and it has a few named parts worth knowing. The Forge is how we turn an approved workflow into a working application. The Anvil is the controlled workspace where that application is built and tested before anyone relies on it. The Smiths are the Ferrite people who own the work and stay accountable for it.

Three ways to bring Ferrite into the relationship
Each path gives you a different role in the delivery, so you can be as hands-on or as hands-off as the relationship calls for. Whichever one you choose, the work starts from a Blueprint, the agreed definition of scope, economics, integrations, and acceptance criteria that both sides sign off on before any build is funded.
Refer
You spot the workflow and make the introduction.
From there we carry it forward. We qualify the opportunity, develop the Blueprint together, build the application, and stay on to look after it once it is live, all under the coverage we agree with the client.
Deliver together
Bring your strategic, operational, implementation, or industry expertise and deliver alongside us.
A Relationship Smith, the single Ferrite owner of the client relationship, keeps the work moving and everyone pointed in the same direction. The agreement spells out who owns the application, who owns the platform it runs on, how licensing works, and who is responsible for which services.
Deliver under your brand
Put Ferrite delivery to work under your own name, through an approved reseller or white-label relationship, First Spark included.
First Spark is the guided intake where a client describes a workflow and gets an initial concept back. The contract keeps the boundaries clear: the client owns the application, the Ferrite platform stays licensed and closed-source, and it sets out who carries the regulatory responsibilities, how your brand is used, and who provides support.
Client-facing surfaces
Put First Spark in front of the client
First Spark is our guided intake. A client describes the workflow in their own words and gets back an initial concept and a directional economic model, so the conversation starts from something concrete rather than a blank page. You can put it in front of clients in whichever way fits how you already work with them.
Embedded experience
Place First Spark on your own site or client portal. Your client describes the workflow there and comes away with an initial application concept, an economic range, and an honest read on whether it is a good fit.
Partner API
If you would rather build the experience yourself, our partner API lets you bring application framing, cost estimation, and concept generation into a flow you fully control.
Ferrite-built proposal experience
Hand us the qualified opportunity or the RFP and let us do the preparation. We put together an application concept, an economic model, a delivery approach, and a view of the regulatory and integration work, ready for you to take into the joint pursuit.
From first Spark to delivery
How the partnership works
- 01
Identify the operating gap
You are the one who notices the workflow that lives in spreadsheets, in the space between systems, or outside whatever software the client already pays for. That first workflow becomes the first Spark, a single, funded piece of application work we can start from.
- 02
Frame the application and business case
Together we define the operating problem, the kind of application it calls for, the economic model, the control environment it has to sit inside, and who is responsible for what. Your Relationship Smith keeps everyone working from one version of the story rather than three.
- 03
Present one coherent solution
The client sees the whole picture at once: the application itself, what they own, where it will run, the regulatory work involved, how it will be looked after, and what it costs. Nothing important is held back to be discovered later in contracting.
- 04
Deliver and expand
Our Smiths build the application on the Anvil, the controlled workspace where it is assembled and tested. You contribute the role you signed up for, whether that is strategy, integration, change management, managed service, or industry depth. When the first workflow lands well, it tends to point to the next one, and that lights the next Spark.
Commercial model
Partner economics
What you earn depends on the type of partnership, how much you contribute, how much commercial responsibility you carry, and which services are in scope. The specifics, whether that is a referral fee, a reseller margin, or shared co-delivery economics, are set out in your partner agreement rather than guessed at here.
Our advice is to lead with the client outcome. This partnership exists to give an answer to work that was always too specific for off-the-shelf SaaS and too expensive to build the old way, and the commercial terms are built to support that delivery, not to get in its way.
Bring Ferrite the workflow your client has stopped trying to solve.
